Responsibilities included maintaining, directing, and supervising a team of installation technicians and contractors in the installation, setup and commissioning of video conference, broadcast and AV systems. Coordinated efforts to a defined installation schedule, surveyed potential projects, and engaged proper team members or external contractors to ensure adequate coverage. Systems include high-tech educational learning environments, athletic facilities, performance arts, theatre and entertainment spaces, worship spaces, large sporting arenas, municipal facilities, civic & convention facilities, digital signage, corporate boardrooms and video conference suites.
